Use this trick with citrus fruit to give the cocktail maximum scent.
Roll the orange, lemon or lime over and back a few times on the counter before squeezing it. The pressure of rolling it breaks down the cell walls of the fruit, making it easier for the juice to flow out. This should make the scent of the fruit stronger and more permanent.
