You can drink METAXA on a single rock which cools the spirit but touches it with minimal surface. Ice cubes are not recommended, because they can dilute the amber spirit. However, we recommend that you drink the METAXA from the Signature Collection neat, at room temperature. This will ensure the fullness of the drink.
